Abrivia has a specialist resourcer model, so that the senior recruiters can focus on shortlisting the best candidates from our in depth sourcing process for you our clients. Essentially this means that we have aligned a Resourcer to every team of consultants in the business. This has enabled the business to handle more work and to improve the quality of work that we deliver to our clients by sourcing the best talent in the market.
